Coaching Philosophy:

I founded Ringers wrestling so kids would get the training they needed to compete on a national level.  This is done through continous improvement of learning how to master position and pressure.  No matter what the style, move, or position these 2 variables will factor in making the move work.  Jim has worked with hundreds of Menomonee Falls youth Wrestlers, and run 50 plus Wrestling camps over years.

After sitting on the bench in every other sport, Jordan started wrestling in 6th grade at Mukwonago wrestling club. He joined Ringers in 8th grade and continued wrestling at Ringers throughout his high school career. He wrestled at Muskego high school and was a 2-time state qualifier and was ranked second in the state his senior year when a broken hand compromised his season’s results. He placed many times at state in Greco and Freestyle and was a member of Team Wisconsin’s National Dual Team as well as a Folkstyle All-American. He continued wrestling at UW-Whitewater where he graduated with a degree in Finance.

Coaching Philosophy:

My coaching philosophy is shaped by my experiences with wrestling during my formative years. I believe the wrestling community is the healthiest community a kid can be a part of. While the first-place trophies are cool, and we do win a lot of them, I’m more proud of how this sport molds young boys and girls into outstanding members of society. The effects wrestling has on the mind and body last long after the matches are done.
