Our Little Youth Wrestling kids are confident and strong
We focus our beginner wrestling programs on creating a team-oriented atmosphere. Youth wrestling gets kids into a growth mindset! Our beginner wrestling memberships develop skills that can be used for self-defense or on the wrestling mat! Our classes are divided up by age and competency to ensure appropriate training. With greater Milwaukee locations our classes server Milwaukee, Germantown, Burlington, Menomonee Falls, Wauwatosa, Hartford, Slinger, West bend, Brookfield, Waukesha, Brown Deer and too many other locations to list!
4 to 6 beginners
Each youth wrestling session focuses on kids' ability to learn. We meet kids' where they are, using education methods tailored to their age. The results have been amazing! 75% of our 2nd graders place at State! Our results make us a top-ranked youth wrestling destination for training!
7 to 13 beginners (she is advanced)
We now offer beginners' wrestling classes through middle school. It is all a competency-based instructional method used in other martial arts, we ensure our youth wrestling athletes don't miss critical steps to developing competition performance.

Confidence
Kids get bullied and can't deal with it. We teach our youth wrestling kids how to be winners while also having empathy for others. High school wrestling is also offered at most schools. Starting as a youth wrestler gives you a huge advantage when it gets time for high school wrestling.
Competitive
Early youth wrestling competition sets the stage for how to approach all sports to win. We don't ever try to push kids into the competition but, performing well and being in matches teaches confidence and helps children trust the abilities they gain through our process.

Many athletes join youth wrestling because what it does for your over all athletics. Core strength and explosive movements are side effects of what we do!
Mental Toughness
Being in a contact sport like youth wrestling, where someone is trying to hold you down against your will teaches humility. From that, mental toughness is born when you learn to fight off your back.

Great wrestlers are known for "training like monks". Disciplined work habits, Respect for themselves and their peers and coaches are part of what we do. High school wrestling teaches discipline!
Wrestling is the Oldest Martial Art
Back in the days of the Romans, people were fascinated by wrestling in the colosseum. President Lincoln was known for being in high school wrestling! More UFC champions come from High school wrestling backgrounds over any other discipline of combat sport. Now people start youth wrestling as young as four and have access to elite wrestling coaching to help them improve faster! Plus, lots of access to summer wrestling camps and other tools have changed the sport!
